The additions to Bill Boniface’s office walls tell you things he’s done. The devil-red silks of Calumet Farm hang old and framed, a reminder of the prized racetrack job he got by lying. A glass case displays a bottle of 2010 Chateau Bonita merlot, Boniface’s second vintage, its neck draped with a Governor’s Cup gold medal.
